Grandmother Tree reminds us of the importance of community for survival and thriving. Guided by the energy of presence, gratitude, and the wisdom of trees, we acknowledge the support and wisdom provided by nature.
Trees take care of one another through mutual care, sharing nutrients, cooperation, and communication. Trees support the entire ecosystem by fostering interconnectedness.
The root system anchors the trees, creating stability, security, and grounding. These underground networks symbolize our connection to ancestors, representing our hidden strengths and the unseen aspects of growth and resilience.
The branches embody growth and expansion, reflecting our personal development and outward reaching. They encourage us to reach beyond ourselves, connecting with others and our communities to fulfill our collective purpose.
Ex3 gives you the space to be nurtured, anchored, and challenged as we grow individually and collectively.
